need paypal reverse help

hey

i recently sold a WoW account to someone on Paypal. They went first, and paid me. I gave them all the info and now they have filed a reverse payment. Can anyone tell me how I diminish their chances of regaining their money and cheating me out of my account? Please help me out, I don't know much about Paypal.

 

Unfortunately I don't think you can do anything. It's RARE to win chargebacks against intangible items. It's almost impossible to prove that you gave the account to the buyer. That's the bummer of using PayPal.

Thats why you should use MoneyBOokers instead. No chargebacks at all.

 

So what do all the other people who sell gold on paypal do when this happens to them?

Can you make them send you an e-mail saying they recieved the item? Will this help? How can you use this evidence against them?

Also, the guy who bought my account made a dispute and canceled it, now he has started a new one.

Here's what I did because some kid on sythe told me. You get his adress, and send an emtpy envelope to them. Get the envelope's tracking ID and use that as proof in Paypal. But paypal is gay and they rejected me.

 

I actually scrolled up to make sure I was in the spam forum. Your foolish, and your money is good as gone.
