Potential scam:

Hey bought an account from me 2 days ago and yesterday told me it was locked "after he was messing around with recovery information"
I told him I'll recover I did before bed last night woke up this morning and it was accepted, I emailed him the new password but he asked me to login and change the email so I did, and I realised it was perm banned for rwt (last night).
My appeal was only accepted this morning at 9am I have many pictures.
In the agreement I stated I will only be responsible for 50% of the cost if the account was banned for rwt(acc trading).
He has only paid $50 leaving the rest unpaid. I can provide mods with pictures on discord I don't know how to post on here as I only have my tablet with me.

i was going thru the acount settings and checking out making sure i had the correct information he gave me i sent him 50$ for access and information next payment was 2 weeks...as i was checking the account information i bought membership for the summer special after that i went to log on and the account was locked so with the information he provided me ( creation date , creation password and much more ) i sent in the appeal....about 3 hours later i was denied for not having enough evidence to prove it was mine...later when he got online he states he did the appeal and would you look at that it went through so he left out a lot of information because i shouldve been able to recover it myself. So fast forward to now i looked at the ban and in the evidence it states, "

Players should not accept an account that anybody else offers.nnWe have clear evidence that you have been selling and recovering your account and despite warnings have continued to do so. As a result this account has now been disabled permanently. You are welcome to use another account you own, or create a new one, to continue your RuneScape adventure but we recommend that you take some time to re-familiarise yourself with the Rules of RuneScape first." see where it says we have clear evidence that you have been selling and recovering your account and despite warning continued to do so...so that being said hes sold this account multiple times and recovered this is why he has no other posting on his sythe account? his account joined may 30th ? hmmm well i have pictures of this saying this about his ban and pictures of the recovers he gave me which is not organized at all and obviously not what he used to recover the account..
if its possible can you see if any other accounts are linked to his ip address?
also at which point he recovered the account from his location far away from my location of course they'll ban the account which notes its not my fault...you shouldve given the me correct recovery information and also not recovered the account multiple other times as jagex says in your ban

obviously it got locked when i purchased membership ....you should have given me the correct recovery and we wouldnt be having this problem.. and you shouldve know that me being on the account now and then you appeal from there its obviously account trading which you have been warned by jagex multiple times because youve recovered the account many times..so therefore it was your fault the account got banned ...you should not have appealed from your ip . you should have given me the correct answers and then I couldve took care of it that day...thanks again for not trying to resolve the issue with me . if any screenshots are needed let me know ,

the reason why the agreement on payments were made so that way the account wouldnt get recovered so really why would i pay for an account that you got banned...ive already lost out on 50$ USD which i am speaking to my bank about right now showing all evidence here i have

 

If any mods wish to know more please contact me I refuse to engage in conversation on here. If mods feel I did make mistake I will refund however I don't think I did and you admitted to messing around with stuff.

if i had provided false recovery questions it would of been instantly denied. not "3 hours" & it was mostly denied due to the fact he was trying to recover from USA when i reside in UK(Which i explained to him but he dismissed this).

Unfortunately you can't walk free from an account purchase which later resulted in a ban. This is the agreement/contract you signed yourself before purchasing the account: https://i.imgur.com/ssAUOEE.png

"LCESales can only take a 50% fee payment if the account is banned for RWT as result of the sale." This is the relevant line here, as such you're required to pay for half of the account's price.

A $50 deposit was already paid which leaves $125 owed to @LCEsales. Kindly pay this amount to him

as i didnt even get to play the account i was checking the information making sure everything was good the information he provided .. i purchased membership and then they locked the account ...he proceeded to unlock it and it not my fault it was banned he had been warned before

the account was banned right away as soon as i put membership on it, not long after i got access to the account details , this was not my fault that he was being heavily watched from the past for recovering the accoutn multiple times.please understand from my side very nervous about this whole , i change password, add authenticator
and then buy members and it gets locked? also i bought 3 months membership. which was lost due to account being locked. i never got to play on the account or nothing..

You emailed me requesting help on:
13th June 24 hours later you state "I was trying to do somethings on the account I bought from you and ended up getting it locked"
I send in a recovery appeal that evening the appeal came back the following morning as accepted
The ban was applied the night you emailed me not the following day when my appeal was accepted.

Buying and selling accounts is a risk and against the tos of jagex which is why I state in my contract about bans you signed and agreed to the contact therefore you still owe payment on the account.

Your story doesn't even add up it took you 24 hours to login and add membership?


I'm done posting I don't expect I'll get the money but I did everything in my power to help you and if the notepad documents where not to your standard you could of (should of) told me so when I I gave it too you I could of then sorted it for you.

im just sayin this ,i just bought the account and less than 24 hours it was perm banned the reason perm banned because he had been warned many times but contined to do so, which resultes in buying his account paying the first payment of 50$ and less than 24 hours of not even playing any gameplay, just exploring the contents of settings and setting up account security, upon changing passwords and setting up authenticator it got the account locked which was then appealed by the information he gave me to recovery the account , i put all in the appeal it didnt work they declined my appeal.after speaking to him he got the account back very soon, he sent me the new password and i logged into oldschool runescape again under settings to add authenticator and change the password , finding out the account is banned perm for multiple account sales previously , im losing out big time on something i just purchased which was bound to be banned for him selling his account again

I've tried to be reasonable and offered you a nearly maxed ags zerker (for free basically) when I've already lost out on currently $300 and you continue to argue.

My appeal took 11 hours to be processed it wasn't "very" soon.
Yes I have had warnings from jagex on many other accounts for account selling I sell accounts on mmogah and ebay.
I have not sold that particular account before as it was my personal main I have since stopped playing osrs due to irl commitments I shouldn't have to explain it anyway you signed an agreement and I think I've been very reasonable with my offer.
