Appealed a Perm Mute and instead got a Perm Ban!

I appealed one of my accounts on that new account review thing, it had a perm mute. I went to go on it to fish at guild, its got 96 Fishing, and its perm banned! lol wtf! its so retarded! anyone else had bad luck like this?

You had to have said something offensive in the appeal, but if you didn't then that's messed up. I have a perm mute too, I appealed it but my account got locked, once it gets unlocked I'll see what happens to mine and if it gets perm banned I'll tell you.

 

Post on the "Account Review Thread" on the official RuneScape forums, if you can.
