    The sudden transition to white looks weird, improved light source, stay with basic text.

    Look where the light is coming from don't just simply put a white brush in there.

    The text is the only issue. Fix that up and you'll be all set. Placement is decent, but mainly the font & color. I would go with a dark grey instead of black for "Boxwood". Just gives it a better flow.
