Promote the use of MoneyBookers

Hey this is ODT,
(a previous runescape seller and a current Habbo UK seller)


Now this suggestion is for the idea of the forum to promote the use of MoneyBookers to minimise the ammount of scams and scammers in the sales section.

Now we all know what I'm getting at (paypal chargeback).
In my sales I have been the victim of this fraud three times and have lost a total of £54.47. Now you probably don't care about my life but there has been so many sellers who have been ripped out of there hard earned money from this scam.

I think that if Sythe and other sellers started to promote this payment method (www.MoneyBookers.com) then the number of scams would minimize and the seller would be paid and stay paid.

Also there are other advantages of using MoneyBookers, below i will list how much paypal and moneybookers will charge for $1.

Paypal: If you send the seller $1 the fee would be $0.33 leaving the seller with $0.67

MoneyBookers: If you send the seller $1 the buyer would pay the fee $0.02 leaving the seller with $1

As you can see the buyer has to pay the fee (which is alot less lower than paypal) which leaves the seller with 100% of the money sent.

and last but not least, there is no chargeback!
So you can trade with confidence.

Sounds good, but I think Moneybookers can be charged back by issueing a claim by phone or something, correct me if I am wrong.

 

i think it should be encouraged IF there is to be an alternative, because chargebacks on paypal can be avoided by claim and cancel.

 

Moneybooker is great. i hate paypal

 

not true they can contact there credit card company and say that they were hacked or w.e and they will get money back cus it happend to me .

and i have never used money bookers but if its noob proof and everyone can use then definately we should do
