    It says that I'm not verified, but I have a 2k sending limit. I tested it by sending $.01 to my other account, and I can do it.

    It can't send like over 2 dollars or such, try it with more it won't work as far as I know.

    I can send money just fine.

    I think you have to add a credit card though. (You can get prepaid $25 ones wherever, those work nicely)
