"11e" 2FA Removal

Hello! I haven't been able to log in to my old sythe account for what has been years now. The last login must've been around March/April of 2016 since that's when I had to get a new phone. I'm unable to get through 2fa due to the fact that I can't access the code on the old phone. If a moderator, or someone could please help, I'd greatly appreciate it, and thank you!

 

First off, if you saved it, enter your long 2FA backup code that you were prompted to keep when setting up 2FA where you would normally enter your short codes.

When requesting a 2FA removal, please note the administrative team needs proof of two or more of the following things:

• Post from a home IP
• Recovery phone number*
• Current email address
• Skype/Discord used in the past or present**
• If you have donated directly through PayPal;
  • Transaction date and amount
  • PayPal email

NOTES:
*Registering 2FA to your account does not automatically add your number as a recovery phone number, you would have needed to add this manually in your Account Settings.

**Third party account access (such as email and Skype/Discord) are not substantial verification methods - the whole point of registering 2FA to your account is to have EXTRA security past regular recovery methods.

Failure to provide aforementioned details when requesting 2FA removal may result in a delay.

If you cannot provide what is required, then you MUST prove without a reasonable doubt that you are the true owner of your account. If you are unable to do this, your 2FA will NOT be removed.

Hello, Gen! I noticed I couldn't reply on the thread, so I found that It'd be easy to message you. I've moved houses since I created the account years back. It's in the same city [redacted] but different address. My new IP is [redacted], which should be should in my post/login history on sythe since I moved in 2014. My Recovery phone number would still have to be the same since it was never changed, which is [redacted]. My Email address associated with the account is [redacted], which I stilled have access to. I have made transactions on multiple occasions here before under my skype account [redacted], but it's probably been a couple years (I can still be reached here if needed for proof as well). I have discord, but it wouldn't be attached to this acc since it was used later.

Hey 11e,

Since your IP isn't an exact match and there is no recovery phone number attached to the account, I will need more information from you prior to removing the 2FA.

Does your skype username by any chance contain your real name? If so you may post a picture of your ID to prove this. (You may hide any irrelevant information/This will be hidden from the public)

Please do not pm this information to me but rather make a new post and i'll merge the threads.
