[DENIED] Gambling site for sythe

This might be a dumb idea, but sythe should make a gambling site for the people on its site.
Ex player vs player coinflip and a jackpot style similar to the gambling sites you see for csgo.
People could cash in 07 or crypto and cash out in 07 or crypto? Idk, just a idea because i can't find any rs gambling sites that do player vs player. Site can obviously take a cut out of the winnings 5-10% to support its funding and bring more revenue.
It's a long shot, but idk just a thought.

 

Im 103% with a 3% margin for error that Sythe will never do something like this or have interest in quite honestly. Reason being is that gambling can be a devastating thing for newcomers and those interested in it

This thread here shows that the site itself is on the side of helping those who are struggling with it, so adding something like this seems truly counter productive to what the thread above is going for. No support

No point really since there are tons and tons of servers dedicated to this already.

 

It's not that easy to start a gambling related site or project. I'm quite certain Sythe is an actual registered business somewhere and as such will try to make sure they are doing everything by the books.

90% of gambling related projects on here wont even be officially registered as a business.

 

There are so many discords and such not to mention the dicing forum sub section. No from me at least, if it was re-vamped into something more sure i'd understand, but I cant see that happening.

 

idk, i just don't trust those discord gambling servers and sites, cause i know it can be rigged so i rather play on a site from a reputable source that i know won't screw the people o ver.

The prevalent issue here isn't the already cemented competition, nor the difficulty of starting said gambling discord/site up. To me, and potentially @Sythe it is the legality around it, and having it directly tied to Sythe.org, and the implications, and subsequently the consequences that come with it.

 

We have dicing here, I can also see this causing more scam quits, for instance @Bolt scam quit after losing 10k ~. No support

No support from myself. There is honestly enough gambling sites as it is and I don't think Sythe would want the responsibility from a legal standpoint.

 

No support, donor dicing lounge exists aswell as many other threads made by sythe users that have their own dicing rules.

 

issue with laws for sythe holding user funds. No support

high level sythe users have already made their own gambling platforms anyway

the gambling site market is very competitive


if sythe wanted to get something half as good as Stake.com, then you are looking at years of work and prep and testing and security and what not.. not to mention that it would need to be funded and staff isn't even paid so this is a very long shot



for anyone reading this, its best not to suggest anything that involves sythe and money

Probably fair, if this is concern and you do not trust, maybe better suggestion is have way to validate probably fair game of chance at random by mod or something else (not recommend this idea ^ just use as example)

 

naw i know gambling servers, i just heard about runewolf and that he rigged rolls n shit in gambling servers so i cba trusting them lol
