7/10 pretty good guide but i think i've seen this somewhere

Now my mauler is 1 70 1 lvl 37 yess. =D

 

i liked everything until you said that obby tanks cannot enter low bounty let me show you 2 pics that might change your mind =P
first of all the fact that obby tanks can actually enter the low level bounty

second the fact that theyre actually better than the ones without defence but with prayer.
.
they might not be able to max a 47 max but a 43 max but they still will survive a lot more combat plus they arent immediately screwed if you accidently got your weapon on defence style.
all in all i think the obby tanker is a better tanker for the lower bounty lcrater

 

wow obby tanks in my opinion stink though.

 

yes obby tanks are still a lot higher in cmb lvl and no obby tank stays at 1 attack if thier going to bh and most get pray and range and mage so thed be like lvl 69 sorry m8
