Which came first? I think it was the chicken.

When God created the earth he definitely put one of each animal on the earth.

For those who think it's the egg....... How was the egg made? Their must have been chickens to create the egg.

The chicken evolved from something that already laid eggs.

Species change over time because of evolution. Since DNA can be modified before birth which means that a non-chicken mother had laid the first egg.

This concludes that the egg came before the chicken. Unless you wanted to look at it from a religous point of view
