account can be trainned just once

so im offering free combat trainning except prayer and mage, if range u must have ava's acumulator

I have 11 def i would need my STR up from 40 to like 50 - 60, id vouch and give pin.. I have loads food and rune scimmy and full black. If u could do it i would appriciate. Thanks.
