Are You Stressed ?

fully agree with you, but I try to free some time for my friends when I really have troubles. It's necessary

 

Not stressed, it's a part of life boys!

 

Whenever I am feeling stressed I tend to go on walks in parks, I personally find that having open fresh air helps me think clearer about my current situation and is an escape. I suggest to anyone who is dealing with something emotional or stress related test it out it because it does definitely help me.

The gym, sleeping, and spending time alone listening to music.

Best one is gaming, you're able to lose track of time and you're too focussed on something to think about whatever is stressing you.

 

Talking is the best way to relieve it
