Servers to practice osrs bossing?

Is there a server out there that is basically like the unrestricted worlds were in 07? I would really like a server where I could practice things like inferno, CoX solo, ToB, etc. Being able to just spawn into last part of fight caves, right into olm, so you can get right into practicing the hard things. It seems as though every private server, everything is just buffed in terms of items and the PVM content is made easier, would be really nice with a server that was literally just created to practice for 07.
