Need advise - Barrowing

Well I share a level 130 and I'm debating on trying to do barrows.

I have around 8950K total- 9000K total.

It's maxed melee, and I'm just wondering what should my inventory look like?
(It has 82 prayer)

I'm used to Barrowing on low levels like level 59, 75, etc. But since I'm on an account about 10x better than those accounts what should I wear, eat, and which pots should I bring?

 

Sharks, and like 3 p pots. I used to do it on my 130.
Also take some d hide.

I wore a whip, neiz, torso, d legs, and a defender.

lv 130 you could bring like any good armor/weapon and it'll be fine.

 

Guthans and ahrims. Also use ice bursts.

 

hell no ice burst is a waste of money and time only retards use ice spells

Shield: Rune Def
Gloves: Barrow
Weapon: Whip/dds

 

w8 couldnt you note food and bring some cash to unnote? isnt it faster
