The "Vouch" System...

Vouch's
We all know what a "Vouch" is, but some people are just goin over the top....​

So many people are "Giving free accounts" and wanting a vouch in return, they made random names just to get a vouch... that makes them legit and trusted... i think not :l. Anyone could make 100 random names and "give them away" and get 100 vouch's and that is what most of the people are now doing.

I understand the people that are "Selling" them for a price over the trade limit as that is putting the other person at risk but giving them away is just a dubm way for a vouch and something needs to be done about it.

I may get flamed from this thread but its all true and its becoming stupid

I train peoples accounts most of the time and i never say VOUCH ME, i sometimes have said that could they jsut to show that i am safe and that they have risked their account & stats etc

This post is useless... People will just keep making fake vouches no matter what...

But yea... your right

 

The vouch system relies on some basic intelligence of the users on the forum. Sure, someone can give a vouch for a free account, but anyone with half a brain realizes that it's meaningless. We do what we can to exterminate these pointless vouches, but ultimately, anyone who wants to remain safe on the forums needs to be able to distinguish good vouches from pointless vouches.

Remember, anyone can post anything on a forum. I could go make 3 forum accounts and put big vouches for 100M trades on my own thread. That's why it's good to avoid trading people with only 2-3 serious vouches if possible, because it's hard to tell their legitimacy.

 

The fact is that it's abused alot, but no one is going to give free accounts for no reason. And you can't give half vouches either.

 

This is why people should always look at the vouches the person has to see if it's for real trades, etc. or not.
