Hello! I am willing to post anyone's name for any rule broken regardless of how many times they broken the rule. The catch is you will be paying me no matter. You also will pay before it is unbanned. I charge 1mil or $5 paypal, and yes you will file/cancel. How you get the money to my runescape account is up to you. If you do not like my rules and charges, simply leave. If I don't get any business, fine with me, but do not spam my thread. Sorry for being a little uptight about it, but just laying out the facts, lol. Thanks!
