I'm very sorry bizcuits, but I'd have to say Leo :'(

Nice effect with the pink overlay, 'tis nice.

I'd have to go with Leo. The whole background and the rings/sonic wave thing is a major plus.

Both are nice, but I vote bizcuits because it HAS A FOCAL POINT and isn't extremely blurry

 

It does not have a focal point rofl, theres alot of shit happening in the background the yellow thing on the left and the text on the right with the pink blob.

My eyes wander off to the yellow thing instead of the sprite, placing a sprite in the middle isnt enough.
