    Hello Support Team,

    This is a first time Sythe user @F2P IM Warrior and I was his first service provider, he also ordered off @Bravos which was nothing but a joke the entire time.

    He had not mentioned this to me until tonight during a voice call for a quick catch up session and I was extremely irritated to hear what occurred let alone to read the endless excuses @Bravos gave him.

    User in question @Bravos Bravos
    Reason for scam report : Owes him 1 month bond, ignored him often after payment, outsources work with no connection to his workers. He abused a new Sythe user shortly after payment was made the client had to constantly beg for updates, @Bravos went over the 10 day timeline that was paid for, if it wasn't completely agreed on its besides the point as this isn't just about the timeline. He left the client hanging for days as well the service was completed and 2+ days went by with membership running without notification of completion. If Bravos cannot maintain his employees because his "irl life is busy" then he shouldn't accept orders on their behalf's and the fact of the matter he still hasn't given user the bond after being requested to do so.

    This is the type of thing that drives away newcommers and it's clear he does not respect his client here ,and you removed the negative feedback when it was more than due.

    All in order, not once did the service provider reach out even after the client @F2P IM Warrior expressed his stress and nervousness + desire for updates which could barely be obtained due to lack of proper worker relationship.

    @F2P IM Warrior link the message, post, or other form of Sythe communication when you wake up.

    If I missed anything let me know but tbh this is was unacceptable the account was left 2 days without notifying client after completion, and @Bravos owes him membership and is ignoring him.

    No matter what I expect that the client is allowed to leave a negative feedback as clearly it was stressful , unprofessional and worse the disrespect from Bravo when client expressed said feelings.

    If you don't consider this deserving of a report or negative feedback we need to review the guidelines as he has no control or access to his workers majority of the time.

    Maybe I'm mistaken but I've seen you add DNT and TWC for less... < not expecting that as maybe he is just getting to comfortable with treating clients this way.

    I personally have no idea who Bravo is this isn't a personal attack , simply doing what a client and friend asks.

    The client in this scenario was not an issue at all until the end, I OPENLY ACKNOWLEDGED my mistake in not messaging him straight away after his service was over, note that this is not a commonality, but I am only having some issues now because I am migrating systems..

    What is there to this situation? I finished his service without issue, and I offered to give him a month of membership before he even asked, out of my own goodwill because I felt bad about the situation.

    See here: http://prntscr.com/nzajte - I do not know what that's be cool thanks means. If I was approaching someone for a refund (which I have), I would say "hello, can I get my refund?" or something of the sorts, try to arrange a meetup.

    Now client is telling me I have abused him the whole time throughout this transaction.. what abuse? It's sad to even say that, you're downplaying real abuse that actually happens throughout society.

    To say I have no connection to my workers is probably the second stupidest thing you've said, you are literally talking out of your ass bud, tell me how many reports I have had on my name in around a year of service providers?

    LAST THING: Do not ever say that I treat my clients poorly, this was a one off scenario. I have customers who have ordered literally dozens of orders from me, I respect my clients and treat them well and they do the same with me.. It's a mutual thing.

    TLDR: As a result of migrating my systems, client didn't get notified his account was done until 2 days later. I offered 28 days membership out of goodwill, I will now retract my offer and now offer him 2 days of reimbursement, cause that's what I "owe", I don't know who told him that he is owed 1 month lol. From my calculations, reimbursement broken down:
    2x Osrs Bond - 8m - OSRS Gold - $5.84 for 29 days of membership, we value everyday at $0.2013 but let's round up to $0.21, so $0.42 refund?

    He is currently arguing with the client blaming him that he did not refund yet because of the client.

    Please mods hes manipulating him and my guy has made it clear what he expected before.

    He says "You didn't check your account the whole time" when my client clearly told him he wont log in until service is done.

    He has yet to actually apologize or accept his mistakes in anyway other that patronizing my friend and client.

    Says he didn't see "dispute" however I'm sure he has and was trying to give refund so he could say "I gave refund without seeing dispute"

    He calls him a joke after abusing him this entire time when this is probably one of the best clients I've ever had in terms of maturity.

    Yea bro I definitely run a BS scam services, go and harass my clients if you have nothing better to do. I literally have NEVER had this issue before!


    I have never had this issue in over 1000 services. I know people who have been abused, claiming abuse in this scenario is disgusting and disrespectful. It's similar to using "rape" in derogatory ways. I didn't want to say this as it is rude, and I openly admit to being rude now, but you are acting like a snowflake.

    You say I have no standards to my workers, I have a small knit team, I don't go and hire random people off anywhere my friend. Link how many issues I have had with any serious issue e.g account bans, scamming, trying to skimp people out of payments. None, because I take care of my clients. I literally have had accounts get banned where I could have had the client make a report and I would not have had any liability because of my TOS and past cases, but NO. I treat my clients exceptionally well, I literally lose money to re-make accounts and offer extra services, throw 20% off for loyalty, all for my customers.

    Also, please stop acting like you're a child from God, we all make mistakes and I acknowledged that I made a mistake and offered to fix it. You're trying to put yourself in a position to give yourself more popularity in the Market, which is understandable but also quite funny.

    I want mods to see this.. It's not about the minuscule amount of money you are offering as a reimbursement. It's about how I would never touch a runescape service ever again if you were my first person to deal with, Yellow Hat has helped me out with membership. I wan anxious the entire service with your minimal responses, and the offering for reimbursement after you deleted my negative feedback just made me even more upset. It's like you wanna bury this, it's not about the money. It's About the fact that you treated me like trash, cause I'm a new guy who couldn't possibly affect your good reputation. I would like mods to see and be aware of this.

    Dude for the 10th time, it had nothing to do with you being a new user. That's what your not understanding. It was a mistake that happened, I offered to fix it and compensate you for it. Again, it has nothing to do with you being new, since you don't seem to understand that. Wait, let me say it again.. It didn't have anything to do with you being a new user and taken advantage of,. Why would I want to provide service that is not the best? So this outcome happens? No.

    While I don't think a TWC is warranted which is what you're seeking @Yellow_Hat_OSRS_Services, some customer care surely is @Bravos. Hopefully this is an isolated incident and not a trend. Being prompt on your deadlines and respectful to your customers will go a long way
