Barbarian Heavy Rod fishing is the fastest fishing xp in the game assuming you can catch sturgeon and know what to do. That is how I got lvl 99 on my main.

 

Along with that, don't you get like from 90 - 99 fishing like 1M cooking / Agility XP?

This is a great fishing guide, but ive seen lots of same, nice with many pictures though
