Explanation of the trade: I'd like to mention that @ItzChaos is not a scammer, but has some clear issues with debt that he needs to get ahold of for the time being.
Amount scammed: 213m
How they scammed: I've loaned @ItzChaos 228M throughout the month for poker tournaments, he's paid off 15M so far, but whenever I ask about the rest, I've been told 2-3 days for 16 days now.

I'm not fond of making this report, but I need the money and right now it seems like a cycle that will continue of me having to ask and getting told to stay patient and wait.

The reason that I made this report, 16 days after giving the loan, and asking a couple times with same reply:

Yes, @ItzChaos did loan me like $60 btc, but what he forgets to mention is that I the day before or so had let him go from a even bigger debt, that he had also accumulated at me. He stressed me out on paying those $60 bucks back as to where I said I simply didn't find it fair and he then agreed that we were even on that. Idk why he keeps mentioning this as it has nothing to do with this.



He also quickly dismisses the claim when confronted about it.

 

So I initially was going to pay him back for his 175m 07 that I owed him but now, after remembering that he still owes me for 0.025-0.03 btc from a few months ago, I've decided I'm going to challenge this.

His argument is that I'm sniding him since he willingly cleared my debt that I had back in February (Proof: Imgur ) and how I agreed to clear his which just isn't true. I never agreed to clear his debt. He asked me a bunch of times but I never gave him a yes/no. So, since he still owes me 0.025-0.03 btc, then I'd like for both our debts to cancel out.

 

I actually thought I let him off but after checking I realized I never did and avoided answering him knowing he might try and do something like this to me in the future.

I'd be willing to screenshare all of our past DMs.

 

To sum it up:

>he messages me again today (4 days after i told him a week) and says he really needs it

>i'm now using this loan that he owes me still from 3 months ago as a way to cancel both our debts we have for one another

 

Again not true, we had a mutual agreement and idc whatever messages you've deleted. I looked through my messages, and I let you go from a $150 debt and in return you let me go from your petty $80 debt.

Between finding that, @ItzChaos again shows his true colors. At this point I'd like to change my statement at beginning of post. @ItzChaos is a scammer and a piece of shit human being that has cost me too much money in cleared debts.

In total back in the days I let you off for $200+ debt. You then spotted me back in a poker tournament for $80 WHICH WAS MY MONEY I FUCKING SENT TO YOU THAT YOU DIDNT WANT TO PAY BACK LOL and we agreed we were even. Now after you loaned 213M again (which I sent to vid, idk where you get 175m from) you're now trying to snake yourself out of your current debt by pretending like I've ever owed you shit?

All the times of me being somewhat of an ass was in retaliation for your behavior. Everyone here knows what Gucci is like, how provoking he can be.

You are infamous for messaging AN ADMIN @video that you were going to SCAM QUIT back in [February?] once your one week infraction ban was over, LOL. You are perma DNT'd on Sythe.org and permabanned from Discord.

Also, even if I'm somehow forced to pay you out and you don't owe me anything, you still stated I could pay you out "whenever" aka no set deadline, so technically I could pay you in a year if I wanted to.

Yes, I said that on 5/8/19. And like I said in my earlier post I thought I DID gave you a break. But since you made this report and were being an ass I decided to look back at all my messages from back in February and I never explicitly said that you didn't owe me anything. I NEVER agreed that you didn't have to pay me back.

 

You're mentally ill.
