How to Make Money Using AdBrite

As you probably know, this is a guide on how to make money using AdBrite.

Step 1:

Well I’m sure you can infer that you will need to use AdBrite.com for this one. Just follow the link that I’ve given if you want.

It would help if you kept 2 browser windows open—one for AdBrite and one for your website’s control page.


Once on AdBrite.com click 'website owners' on the right.

Click ‘create an account’ under the ‘website owners’ box.

Click ‘sign up,’ and then fill out all your information. Then click continue.

Now you will be on a page with different types of ads. Like this:



You will want to check all the boxes, and choose ‘text & banner ads’ on the first one. This gives you the most ad options possible. More ads = more clicks, more clicks = more money. Now scroll down and click ‘next: set ad specs.’


Step 2:


You will be on a page like this:



Personally, I like the 728x90 leaderboard because its at the top of the page, and lots of people see it before they see your site (this is a good thing and you want that).

Set your specs on there, some attractive colors and such. Then click ‘include all available ads,’ and also check ‘auto-approve,’ so you don’t spend hours checking each ad. Set your ‘house ad’ title and description, then click ‘next: describe your site.’


Step 3:


You should now be on a screen like this:



Fill in your site info, your keywords, and categories. Then click ‘next: set pricing.’


Step 4:


Now you are here:



If this is the only ad site you are using, just check ‘no,’ and continue.


Step 5:

Now you are here:



Just copy and paste that code on to your site. Its so simple, and when people click on AdBrite’s ads you make a portion of the revenue!

It depends on how many clicks you get but its just whatever they feel like giving you.

How much do you get per click?

 

It depends on what they want to give you. I made 12 cents per click for a few weeks, then it moved to 14 cents. Total it added up in a month to $19.58. Which is a free 5M for sitting on ur ass and not touching it.

As for clicks. It only gives money once per ip address, per hour (or day, some are different). It means you can click it 8294173 times in 60 minutes from your computer, but it'll only register one.

 

Swift, how many visitors does you site get per month?

 

I recently quit doing this because I'm too busy to worry about collecting the money, but if you just link to it from myspace and stuff you have nothing to worry about. the most visitors I've ever gotten from my site was around 700. Keep in mind that i only advertised the site to my friends. If i had posted it on sythe, or spammed it in rs then i could have nearly 2000.

 

Twenty bucks a month for only 700 visitors? That's pretty effing sick.

 

What if you click on it with a proxy? Can they detect that?

 

Idk its like a normal website, if you click sythe on a proxy, does it detect it? Its your website.
