Do you Fear Death?

I'm actually somewhat interested in dieing. I want to know what is to come after departure of our physical being, but at the same time I wouldn't want to leave what I have now.


Ultimately, my answer is No.

 

Yeah, it's been mentioned. I don't fear death itself, I fear how I'll die. You can't determine or prevent the cause, it's weird. BUT, I also have those questions in my mind, not so much a fear, but a curiosity. What will it be like? Really, is just life, then nothing? Pitch black if you will.

 

I don't fear death, it has to happen some time, so live life to the fullest and hope that you live

We all die eventually. Death is the final answer...in a way I like the idea of being in control of lifes most sought after question.

I don't fear death.

The only thing I fear is the path that will lead to death which may or may not be painful.

You cannot live without death, its the whole positive and negative thing, you just have to accept it as a part of life and enjoy yourself before you die.

 

That is exatly the thing i wud say, i had this converstion with a mate the other day, i still dont understand what happens when u die, wot do u do.. i kno that sound stupid but really..

Exactly as BoxWood says it doesn t matter really life begins and life ends its
going to happen whether you wish it to or not. So be happy and when you die make people throw a party because its the same never ending story.

 

I believe that this world is a dream, a river. It flows and every human is here to give my life a direction. Once I die, the world doesn't exist any more , at least not for me. Therefore I do not die because in my mind people wont know it.
And what happens after I die does not matter to me.

Death is a part of life, and life isn't real.

The question is hard to answer because I don't fear dying unconciously but I fear dying as a result of intense pain or sickness... But death itself, well, seems kind of mysterious. Not that I want it to happen anytime soon.

 

I dont fear death. I dont want to suffer. I preffer it to happen, and its over. Ive thought of suicide.

 

I have but not in a depressed way, more a curious way. But the thing is, I'm not going to do that because there are so many things I still haven't done. Also, dying is a painful thing and you'll ruin the lives of many people if you kill yourself. It's generally not a good option.

 

I wouldn't worry...haha. And you shouldnt either. But this isn't the place to argue about that so I won't.
