Best Place To Buy RSGP/Items?

First off, not sure if this should go here or in the black market thread. Sorry if this is the wrong section

I do realise Sythe contains many RSGP sellers, but I am trying to pay with a Debit Card, and I'm note sure how PayPal works entirely. I am attempting to place my purchased mills or items on a level 3 skiller, and I know most traders here use the Bounty Hunter method..so that's out of the question.

I was looking at a website called Gold4rs.com and saw that they are reasonabley priced. I was looking into purchasing 150k willows for $15..which would bring me to 99FM. Has anyone used Gold4rs with a level 3 account? My main concern is how they transfer items over, and gaining combat levels is not an option.

If you use another website, and their prices are fair, please let me know.

He's the man, he's a mill seller on sythe and he's been doing it for QUITE some time and now he has made his own site completely dedicated to selling mills.

He does not accept paypal though. Your best bet is probably WU.
