First one, the the background pulls my attention away from the focal point, your render, the text also needs to be replaced.

 

Text= bad
background- the colors are too similar
render- it just doesn't look good there

 

The render/stock you used looks grainy. You might want to also move Lindsay closer to the middle. The text isn't bad but the effect on it is horrible, just like the text in my sig., lulz.
