no talking?

this may just be me, but on several non-member's server, it wouldn't allow me to talk (quick chat works though)

Same happened to me last night. I refreshed page and started over and it started to work again =/

 

You sure you didn't accidentally set the "View Public" to Off? When that happens, you can only see mods talking and Quick Chat

no i wasnt i was sure i wasnt because i went on FOG world then a random world
it wont work
i also made sure everything is on "on" not "off"

 

I don't know. Just a bug that Jagex needs to fix? Sorry, I don't know what to tell you. Possibly muted? :S
