    no if he can proof it, it's not guaranteed to get back, and a claim can take upto 14 days befre receiving you money back.


    and btw: claim & cancel doesn't wrk anymore, so if you even do it after the trade ... it's still possible to get scammed ... So if you really want to sell your mils sell to trusted people >_<
