[BATTLE] TDD vs Riiped

They are both extremely hard, but the top one is amazing in detail. Who's is that?

 

First one, it has shading, more detail, more variety of colours, shadows, and texture. Amazing.

 

I want to see proof of creation from riiped, tbh it just doesn't suit his style.. the shading and light ability came from nowhere, and judging by your other artworks, it's godlike.

Well I've never gave Sythe my best work. The only work I've done here mainly is for small payment, which I don't feel like putting in hours of good effort to make.

But, TDD is one of my main inspirations on graphics, and I wanted to show him and everyone else what I'm capable of.

You can't really prove your creation on pixel artwork from MSP like this, but I assure you I made it lol. I have a draft from earlier that I'll post to show you an earlier step I was at while making this.


As you can see I didn't work on the sky lighting yet, and the color of the mountains were fucked up which I changed. Also some foggy clouds on the left I hadn't started yet.

Guys, don't worry about who you vote for, this isn't about playing favourites it's about the best pixel sig up there.

 

I picked the first one because it looked like he went way more in depth with it and really went full out, not saying the second one did, because it's good too, but they first one has a shit ton of detail, very professional.

 

I voted the top one because it has so much more detail. But I doubt you would've done that in two days.

They are both amazing, but I had to vote for the first one for the same reason everyone else said; more detail. Again, both of yous are amazing artists. Far better than I could ever dream to do.

I picked the top one, the shading was really what got me, along with the shear detail of the environment.


You both did an excellent job though, completely amazing work.

 

Number. Clearly spent more time on it than number 2.

The shading, shadowing, detail, etc.. it all more defined in the first one.

 

You got owned Mat. I think Riipped did FANTASTICALLY, and I really wanna see some of your best work. Maybe some 3D environments if you can do that.

You'd also be an amazing render artist, I believe.

 

Shadowing on the first one is amazing... How long did it take to make?
