For the sig it's alright but I'm not liking the text.
Background doesn't match with the blue effects you made.
And the lighting is on the wrong side of the sprite.

I generally don't use c4d in sprites, not that you can't. Text isn't to great really, doesn't add to the signature, the background is a little plain for my liking, the blue effects don't match the signature at all(not just the color) and as Haunted said, the lighting is mispositioned. Your lighting is also very simple, it seems.
