Why when i transfer i get penalty

First i transferred it went smooth and all my friend attacked first and i got out safely. 2nd and third time in a row I've gotten penalty and my friend is the one that attacks first and i get penalties anyone know why

 

Because he isn't your target, and your not his target. so once you've killed him you get a penalty.

 

the first round i killed him and i didn't get penalty

 

Maybe, he was your target?

 

Or you were his target, seing he attacked you firs you get no penalty ^-^
