    Hi just wanted to know what my best chances are on buying an account from PA

    Ive found some accounts that have 1 div and 1 invention
    with last activity from 2013

    Would you say this is a safe bet for a low recovery??

    What are red flags instantly when looking and buying??

    I've bought a few that got recovered, even with high reputation scam quits happen.

    Your best bet is just to make your own account and buy services. It's way more safer.
