what is good to alch?

need something easy to get hold of
and something which isnt like 50k per item.
and something that i dont lose LOADS of money on

any ideas?
because yew longs are just too expensive nowdays..

i would suggest blue dragon hide bodies. idk what the market price is for them atm tho. but i use to alch them
