Im recovering the account atm. It dirt poor, and I dont wanna go drag hunting. If you have tips on my some qick mills and any tips on getting my range and mage up please post them

Update: Why did my acc get banned because when I recovered it said offensive language but had no evidence inside.....it was a perm ban what does this mean?

You could use RSbot, like macs said. Use on a level 3 (eye of newt). while training on the account. Then transfer the money using party room.
