Hey, Ya I'm good close friends with Soy aka ShameOnYou. He was banned some time ago, for "scamming" an MM trade worth 75m. ShameOnYou doesn't even play Runescape anymore. He told me that he quit Runescape for a while now and he didn't know how to transfer in Bh. He left for vacation for 2 weeks. That's why MrGoosey didn't see him logg on for a while. Since his time on Sythe, ShameOnYou has donated $400 to this site, and has bought $1200 worth of Gold off R2Pleasent.I'm writing a dispute for him since he's busy with work and real life problems. Kamakazy Kid the person who ShameOnYou MMed for has also made a thread that ShameOnYou didn't scam him which is proof here:

Macroman stated below that thread that he would tell Shedderbeam to look at Kamakazy Kid's thread. So far nothing has changed.​

But, Will doesnt it seem logical if he bought $1200 Gp off you. And donated $400 all legitly. Why would he scam for 75m -_-. That doesn't make sense at all bro.

 

from my experiences with him he's a good guy, and yes he has bought a ton of GP off me. However, that does not necessarily exempt him. Get Mr. Goosey in here.

 

I'm just saying it's pretty logical. Kamakazy Kid the person ShameOnYou MMed for has said that he didnt scam him. Ask Mr Goosey.

R2, Nathan and Macroman to post on the thread that Xix's made, but I couldn't so I decided to made a pm about it.

My answer is this.

When ShameOnYou was a MiddleMan in our trade me and Kamakazy_kid, I agreed to give him the password and let him trade with Kamakazy_kid as (Kamakazy_kid was scared of me "running away" with the gold) The Trade went on and Kamakazy_kid bought my Purple Party hat for the trade price, I let ShameOnYou have the account until the trade was over as that was Kamakazy_kid wants and I have no problem seeing ShameOnYou being a 100m Donator and all. They Succesfully BHed about 84million or so of RSGP then ShameOnYou said he has to go and he said They will continue the next day. Of Course I have no choice but to agreed with him as I just want my cut out of it my 44.4m.

After about a day or so, Me and Kamakazy_Kid was waiting for ShameOnYou to continue and finally finish the trade he wasn't on, so we wait the next day, the one after that and so on. It'd be 1 week and by that time I was worried if he hasn't been on he probably blocked me on msn, scammed me or something I don't know so I made a thread reporting him but still with a big ? On my head, that's why i clearly said on my thread that he probably scammed me. I don't know from that time so Shredderbeam banned him until he comes backs on and finish the trade. I tried recovering the account back after 2 days or so. My appeal got denied, So i tried again the next 2 days or so it got denied again after about 4 or 5 tries I finnaly unlocked it and saw my accoutn mining ores in a mine near Lumbridge. I was shocked when i saw that it got full rune on which was ok, I was expecting my 44m and the saradomin sets left as that's what they said they need to do 15m+ or so left but was shocked after seeing my bank having 11k in gold and a rune pick.

I agreed with one of Xix's Post about this everything not making sense a 100m donator scamming someone, I clearly Agreed with this Post and Idea it doesn't make any sense. I don't have anything agains't ShameOnYou before all of this seeing R2 and all trusts him that's why we used him "a 100m donator and an r2 VIP he wouldn't scam for a 100m trade would he?" This was in my mind when we were doing the trade. Everything was going smooth and he even take a screenie or something when they finished BHing 15m or so but then he said he could do some more so he did. Everything was going good I was thinking that this guy is really trusted after he BHed about 85m+ to Kamakazy and there was only 15m+ left, but why did just disappeared in the mist? I saw an answer to this he was in Vacation now I know, Ok probably that's why. But I can't still see the answer what in the world happend to my account? and As kamakazy_kid he said "He got scammed 15m" but now clearly saying he doesn't think ShameOnYou scammed him, I could only say 1 answer to this "WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU DO AT THOSE TIMES THAT YOU FELT YOU GOT SCAMMED?" No report in the scammer section and it looked like to me that everything was cool with him. This was not a normal act on a person that got scammed when he was thinking ShameOnYou scammed him 15m. I could see everyone or almost everyone that will react to his kind of GP, but the funny thing is He didn't even report him nor It didn't seem it bothered at him at all. I mean I saw a person got scammed $1 and after like a minute or so he reported it to the scammer section. EVEN your a billionaire or you got shit loads of money in the pocket of yours. You will react and have to react I mean you got cheated and you just sit your ass down without even taking action against the scammer. I don't see this very normal. And Now he's taking action FOR ShameOnYou. I really don't have problems with him taking action for ShameOnYou but I see him as being stupid after not taking action after what happend to him before he was protecting ShameOnYou.

One Last thing that in my head that keeps bugging me I don't know if this is a fact but it's in my head, after he scammed me I looked at his R2 VIP Signature, I'm not saying there is something bad with it I'm just saying the name "Shane" We all know the greatest scammer in sythe named "Sigex" is named of course "Shane" me and sigex got some problems in the pas he scammed over $500+ of worth of RSGP gold and Cash on me I think I proven this after I got his account banned "IGetMoney". I'm not saying Sigex is ShameOnYou but I really want to know if it's him, We all know Sigex uses proxy but there is a Chance that Sigex can be "ShameOnYou" and donated over 100m+ to the site as he scammed over 3b now to scam some more. Clearly stating that I'm not trying to say that ShameOnYou is Sigex, I'm just saying there could be a chance.

 

Well, MrGoosey, from what I gather here, you are saying that you sold your Purple to Kamakazy for 144M in-game, and then wished to have Shame + Kamakazy transfer 100M via Bounty Hunter back to Kamazy's account.

So, they transferred 84M of the 100M owed back to Kamakazy. This means all that was left to be scammed was 16M from Kamakazy and 44M from you. This totals 60M. Shame said he went on vacation for a week, and never returned ownership of your account. You then say that you were forced to recover the account yourself, and once you did so, it was stripped (not really possible to prove mind you).

Personally, I don't think there's enough proof here to show that ShameOnYou scammed. Everyone's stories conflict. What Mr Goosey is technically saying is that Shame and Kamakazy worked together to steal 44M. Why would he bother doing that when he could have stolen the full 140, by cutting out Kamakazy?

Really, this trade was extremely unprofessionally done. Shame should not be MMing through Bounty Hunter if he does not play Runescape, and he certainly should not have gone MIA without reason in the middle of a trade. It was extremely inconsiderate, and has led to this entire mess. So, although technically inconclusive, the onus of the blame does go towards Shame (although whether or not he scammed remains unclear).

Shame should be allowed back but be banned from the market with a Trade With Caution. Although there is no solid proof that he scammed, the onus of the blame should rest on his shoulders. Considering he quit Runescape anyways, I don't see why he'd need to be involved in the Market anyways.
