Well, if you didn't realize, Blissey has a 10 for it's base defense stat. 10 can't survive a hit; the only way it would be able to survive is with its hp, and that's highly unlikely. Sure, blissey can learn hyper beam and a multitude of nice attacks and all, but its base attack stats are pretty much fail to the point you might as well not even use them... Miltank only needs say... one fighting move (maybe wakeup slap, base 60 + double damage due to types) and it would be able to take down blissey in one shot...

Blissey is only good as a special attack wall and it will only stay that way!!

 

What game are you guys talking about? Is this like a gameboy game or something or wii? I don't even know what's going on.
