Old account?

Hi Ive just went to register to this site on my phone and it told me I had another account even though I've never registered to this site before so I assumed it's because i was using my mobile internet on my phone (it's 4am here and Im laying in bed with my brain ticking over about business lol), anyway I got out of bed and tried to register on my home WiFi on my pc and it let me, so I jumped back in bed, logged in on my phone and it's banned me for owning an account that isn't mine. Pretty sure if you check you can see it's a mobile IP and I'm pretty sure they're shared with loads of people.
