i paid:$6 canadian for neopoints and item's(didn't get the neopoints and items).I paid $65 for a neopet's account.
my account got frozen and that was total of $75 canadian (plus tax from paypal).
I used a paid vpn.
I deleted my cookies..etc inbetween each login for Neopet's.
He won't give a refund.
i have skype messages for proof.
i got frozen.Tnt knows who
i am.Slim chance of getting my account back :'(.
I didn't change the password for the account.
He could have logged in at any moment.

I tried logging in with the site.
It says capacity is reached.
So I uploaded the files to Photobucket.
I never chatted with him on sythe.
I added him on skype,when
i saw his topic on the neopets trading board.
I havn't chatted with him on discord.

I am shocked by this.

This person is lying quite a bit. I sold them the account and they were frozen within 24hrs & I EVEN offered to submit the ticket for them. Which I had nothing to do with. When they told me they were frozen, they said "Their other Main was frozen as well" (Chain freeze) This is obviously due to something they did or their VPN failing, nothing I did. They also said it was probably their doing because they messaged someone to trade for a UC and told them to send it to their "side account" (the new account they purchased from me) Which is a terrible Idea, to let anyone know you own another account that you did not create yourself.

I blocked him on Skype now,because he lied to me.
If he gets the neopet's account back.
He can pm me the details on here.
So he can be "watched" by a admin on the site.

I've never needed any kind of terms. She admitted she is the reason it was frozen though. She said she told someone on Neopets to send a UC to the account that she had just bought from me. And her Main account got frozen at the same time, proving that TNT Chain froze her because the IP addresses were identical. I don't see how me losing this account and returning the money is fair? I even provided the account before she had paid for it with a promise to pay at a later date. I bent over backwards for this person (Who has sent over 150 messages in the last week)

What terms would be needed? Also, does it state somewhere on Sythe that we need terms posted? If I buy a car and crash it, I can't get a refund because I damaged it. She bought the account and then immediately got it banned because she went on the Pound Chat and told someone/people that she had that account as well. I am not sure if you are familiar with the game... But you get banned almost instantly if you claim multiple accounts are yours that don't share any information, were not created by the same email/IP/etc...

As you can see from the Screen Shot. She literally admitted it was her fault:
"I made the mistake of saying my other usrname through neomail.I thought the pc woudn't track my uc baby kougra.instead someone reported me and tnt saw my link account "

 

I didn't tell the person that I bought the account.
Both account's were originally mine from along time ago.
You never gave the full message of advice,that you said you would.
If I bought from you (I deleted the conversation,so I can't save it on photobucket).
Your message on your thread says you have "legit" item's and here I read that you posted you are using a program ?.
I could have been reported and frozen for selling, "non" legit item's.

We don't force account sellers to list terms of service, however it certainly helps if any disputes arise. In the absence of these terms, you're required to issue a refund. Kindly do so within the next 24 hours.

She exposed the account in game which got her frozen, ban me if you must. I will not refund someone who buys something and then exposes it. In any game across any platform, If you expose an account/item/anything purchased with $$ (which is clearly against their rules)... You get banned. If there was any chance I could have caused the account to get banned, I would have refunded or offered other options. But this did not happen, she told someone in game that she owned the account that had a different name, location, IP address, etc... She was asking to get banned.

& to be honest. She never bought from my Website or thru Sythe. Never a single message to her on Sythe. She randomly messaged me on Skype and after 150+ messages she finally bought an account that wasn't listed on any site... So this honestly has nothing to do with Sythe either. Jus sayin

We also don't allow cracked/hacked accounts to be sold, the very reason why you previously pardoned and the same reason for your inability to recover any of the accounts you sell. It falls under blackhat which we don't condone.
