How safe is botting

I've been hearing about RSbot a lot on the forums lately and it seems legit, I've heard stories of 1-99 fishing and a guy in the general forums is already at 60 in...3 days? or so...
I would like this on my pure, I know i can just get a trainer but I was just curious about how safe botting is.

 

Botting is pretty safe if you do it in small amounts, but RSbot is not being continued so you wont be able to download it.
Spel is putting all his attention on rsbot2 so wont be updating rsbot for awhile.

60-82 fishing, 1 week.
1- 87 woodcutting, 1 week.

 

thats not true, rsbot will be updated.

 

RSBot will not get updated as said by Speljohan himself b'cos RSBot2 beta is coming in less than a month.

 

some how i just dont believe that he will shut down rsbot

6 - 8 hours of botting with at LEAST a 2 hour break! And you'll be fine as long as a random doesn't pwn you. I've been doing that and I've gotten pwned by randoms and still no ban hammer!

 

The random fuckd me up too...the worst is the cube one and the quiz one :S

 

As long as u don't play more than 8 hours / day and u r using good script u will be K .

 

yeah, i got from 1 to 69 in less then 2 days.

 

I guess 1-50..

 

lol I had a bot bot for 24/7 for a week and I got 1-98 woodcutting and still not banned =)

 

botting is not safe, get a powerleveler.

the mta bot supposedly best bot around, bought 200 hours got cuaght after 4 perma banned. -.- my sub main used a 10/10 rs bot script got a 10 day ban

 

And what bot would that be?


I think botting from 1-40 (Without breaks) is around the maximum

 

you can get a 10 day ban from not botting at all, just staying logged in for more than a certain amount of time/day or time/week or whatever.

and i got perm banned from the mta bot also =/

 

I wouldn't risk botting, I've used an auto clicker to alch with but that's almost impossible to detect, don't wanna lose another account :'(

 

Depends on how long you do it and how good the bot is, I wouldnt do it more then 5 hours a day in a row

 

I agree, I ran a mining bot on my newb for about 5 hours, when I came back some guy said he was gonna report me for Macroing, I quickly stopped the bot and told him I wasnt, and you know how Jagex is with Macros, it's like instant ban.

Just goes to show, botting is not safe.

I reccomend botting on a newb and not your main.

But still, i'd say with a good bot it's about 1-50 days before Jagex gets you, with a bad bot, it's about 7 hours.
