Scammed by "Police Officer"

Explanation of the trade: I bought the gold online, i traded half to him, he gave me the account info, i changed it, and then i traded him the rest and we were on our way.
Amount scammed: 400m osrs gold
How they scammed: Let me play on the account for a few days, then recovered it. After a few days of me trying to contact him, he removed me from discord.

I wasn't the OO of the account. Ive been a member of a clan which uses a Facebook group to buy/sell/trade gold and accounts etc. I bought the account less than a month ago. I will do my best to follow up with who I bought it from. If I cannot get the account back securely, I will offer a refund. Apologies.
