Paid jmitch, who is a co owner of runefarm 9m to complete two quests for me. He said the work would be started over 6 hours ago which is the only reason I paid for the service because it would have been done before I was home. Long story short he stopped replying, and my account is in the same exact spot I left it and only replied once I mentioned reporting.

Any reason for these delays and can you issue a refund to the user

 

The refund was given yesterday around the same time the report was made

Edit: haven’t been home had some irl stuff going on but he said he was going To post here That it was refunded But he hasn’t yet I guess, also said that he was going to leave the report up because he thinks I deserve some sort of punishment for not starting it as soon as I thought I would have been able to. Either way it would have been done within 24 hours but no specific timeline for it to be finished was ever established.

Full story for delay: accepted order told him the order should be started in about 30 mins. Had some irl problems come up that caused me to not be able to do it my self so offered it up to one of my workers as my TOS states it’s not just me it may be workers aswell took me a min to find an available worker got one and he stated that he would be able to start in what I didn’t find an unreasonable amount of time allthough when that time came he still wasn’t able to start giving me a late reply he stated that he had irl stuff come up and with the customer spamming discord (which me being out was unable to check regularly due to other stuff I had going on) he was nervous because of previously being scammed which was completely understandable I offered him a refund and about 30 mins after the refund was issued my worker got back to me saying that the password didn’t work as he was ready to start from the very beginning I offered to let him hold payment until I was ready to start from the very beginning but he insisted he was about to go to work so he would go ahead and give it to me now so I did a quick trade for it. A time was never set for the order to be completed.

If something comes up again, you should attempt to communicate as quickly as possible with your customers.
