Paypal problem (issue with logging in)

I've been trying to log in for a few hours and I keep getting this error:

Make sure you verified it by that email address. If you still have problems after that, check to make sure you didn't misspell your password (annoying). If all else fails, simply make a new paypal =(.

 

It's got over 100 bucks in it :S and I know it's the right password and e-mail address.
