Accidentally got 71 def for my Barrows Pure, am I screwed?

The title says it all. I was making a main account but wanted to stay at 70 for a bit to be barrows pure for fun before I level up my defense in the future. I now have 71 defense and want to know if I am screwed and should just get a higher def level, or should I stay 71 and continue with my barrows pure?

 

Either stay 71 or get 75 for dfs/serp helm etc. The acc isn’t ruined

 

I'd go for 75 attack if you don't already have a high level main. It would be much more functional in a pvm situation. GL

 

Just go for 75. That way, at least you unlock serp helm. Wouldn't be that bad in the end.

 

Go 75 defense and max out! Had one back when BH was at it's peak and it was a monster.

 

You'd technically be the same max level if you went for 75 attack/99str/99hp/71def/70prayer. You could also get rigour/augury, and get 1 more defence while staying the same combat.

 

Thanks for all the advice everyone! I’m thinking of going for the 75 def and just making it a main. Then I can go for a 1 def pure later when I want to PK more!

 

Definitely not ruined. 75 Defence is sick, Id go for that. Im kinda in the same situation, so close to accidentally ruining my zerk so if it happens Im not sure what to do..

 

try to appeal for it?

i got 46 def accidently on my zerker, ended up training it to 50... then i went on the forums and appealed for it and they reverted it back to 45.. never know try your luck!

This account was originally a zerker but I didn't have time for all the requirements =P so that why I went to Barrows Pure

 

75 for sure

 

75 is pretty smexy

 

Yeah just go 75, most meds do have 75 to be honest - opens up a lot more.

You can use DFS/Serp along with Spirit shields of course (Max Magic)

So you could use Arcane, Ely, DFS, Serp helm, Dinh's and Buckler
