What to do with Scammers that aren't on Sythe.org...

What do i do with a scammer that has scammed me out of $126 Canadian when i have him full name, IP address and conversations of his even saying he won't pay me back and telling me to take him to small claims court for the money. He Lives in Canada like me.

What do you do in this situation?

 

Report him to the authorities since you have his information and same country.

 

Gang up on him.

 

Literally you dont have nothing, if you have photos of the scammer make post about it on Instagram / Facebook using hashtags of his city / state annexing the evidence

 

The problem is electronic proof is very hard to hold up in court in Canada, we don't have the type of online marketing support that
other countries might have. In Canada the online market regulation is very bad, however, I would still file a report with the RCMP
and have them attend your residence. Make sure you have these:

- Screenshots of the trade
- Screenshots of the conversation
- Screenshots of the amount stolen
- Screenshot of him telling him to fuck yourself
- His IP address, and all his personal details you do have

Also, make sure you have a police statement ready stating on this time, this day, we agreed to this trade, met through this
website, from this post, then this happened for this amount and this is what they said and this is what they told me to do and
that was on this day at this time this long after this trade from this site etc.

Can’t agree more. I’ve been scammed too and it sucks but pursuing him legally isn’t worth the trouble in my opinion. You could definitely find his personal Facebook and post pictures on his wall though. Or pm then to their spouse/parents

 

This is the best informal method, message his family / friends and tell him what he's done (however no doxing). Due to the shame of it and the fact he'll be embarrassed he may very well pay you back to make you go away. This is not guaranteed though and whatever happens, please do not resort to doxing.

 

Nothing much you can do, unless you know him irl and beat the fk outta him
