50/50 isn't 40 str or 80 str like he said. If he was smart he'd be doing payment per xp, and would pay every 5 levels or so, or 1-2 levels when he's higher str...

edit: seriously, anyone who's actually gunna train this guy only has to look at his grammar to realise how much chance they've got of actually getting paid, :/
