Well I already knew this as it is pretty basic. Also it doesn't work well if you ask me (Believe me my friends and I used to try this). Glad they never tried it on me though because I'm a heavy sleeper and wouldn't have noticed haha! But anywho, back to the guide. It was a valid attempt however still not a fantastic guide.

Things you could do to improve this guide/further guides
-More pictures
-More text color
-Better formatting
-Unique and interesting topics

Now don't take this as flaming your guide, I'm only giving you constructive critisism.

As for now I rate it 4/10.

 

This guide if of a low standard. It's not user friendly, and there's no real structure and layout. No use of pictures, and your writing is flawed. Overall it's a bad guide.
