I did not take responsibility for this transfer as you acquired this name under very suspicious circumstances. Never did I state I would take responsibility. This name was on a locked account set to be released. The account was a close friend in which i've done business before. You claim you got the name "by just checking" but clearly you had knowledge of when it was going to be released and magically you got it instantly after release. My friend had been refunded for the name loss as his account had gotten recovered with the name on it. All the sudden you appear with the name claiming you were just "checking" random names which is the biggest coincidence ever? Or you just knew and wanted to make a quick buck. I transferred a 1.1b name WITHOUT responsibility yesterday and it went fine, why would I do this over a 200m name?

I am sorry and I promise I'll try to get it back.

Mods can PM for conversation where I didn't state I would take responsibility. He also PC'd it in my Discord which gave it time to be loaded onto a program that someone clearly has and which he has used it to snipe very highly prolific names constantly.

I say I am not responsible because I didn't take responsibility and you know this. And by chance I'd say "Extreme Chance" is the better terminology as you managed to magically get it even after my friend and I were working hard to get it back. And yes I did disconnect and it happens, I had it happen to me once during transfer with the name 90, and I managed to get it back through antiscam, this is the same effort I am trying to make for you man, cuz I feel horrible that it got sniped.

 

Dude ask anyone the chances of finding a rare 4 letter name open are -.01 at least. You couldn't have just "stumbled" upon this it's legit nearly impossible and anyone with name sense knows this to be true.

I do feel awful it got scammed man, I really do I especially wanted to get this back for my friend Pupper, and I feel awful I can't return it to him it fucking sucks.

OP is you man original poster. Also I understand how you feel dude I am not blaming you for this report. You are new although its not ruled out that you sniped it both times, I personally don't think it was you. Some cuck has been doing that with all names PC'd in my discord and has sniped some of the highest tier names that I won't mention here for safety.

I am willing to give you a free name because I feel awful and I really was trying to get the name to return to Pupper, I know it's not your 200m but it's the least I can do for you

 

i was told 2 make sythe 2 post this if i wasnt new i would have used a middle man instead of simply trusting u 2 transfer the name i didnt think that someone who sells and buys names for living like you would have got a named sniped im so disappointed that everything went so sideways i wish it didnt im very frustrated rn i feel baited you know when you messaged me and offered 200m i thought u meant rs3 then u stated 07 i was lowkey happy now its just so depressing knowing tht i might be shit out of luck if this doesnt go well just going to quit tried to da to get back the coins i used on bonds but didnt work out at all just a very bad day im sry if you dont actually have the name but i feel like ur responsible deep down because i did everything you ask and still got screwed over

 

I understand your feelings man, no hard feelings. I am trusted and I can assure you I don't have it. Me and other name sellers have made it almost impossible for name snipers to sell sniped names. If the guy wants to sell it, he'd risk getting antiscammed. Sniper is unaware of my connections and I promise you he will get his karma.

 

It is expected that both users discuss transfer liability before trading. Due to the absence of an agreement on who takes responsibility, both users hold equal risk.

Half of the agreed upon amount for the name will need to be paid to @assassinscams

 

I will either give him the name he liked on my list or pay 100m when he's online. I don't mind either.
