Sorry to double post I cant reply to my last.

Any idea how to get off a proxy? didnt realise it was on one, this is just the normal internet browser havent used a laptop for about 5 years, this is my brothers just wanted to start RS up again came to buy cheap gold and it said I already had an account when I dont. if you have any idea how I could maybe get off this proxy Id be greatful thanks

 

You need to uninstall Nord VPN Client if that's what's on your PC. I would uninstall all VPN clients, if any exist on your PC. If that doesn't fix the issue then simply search the issue online. Worst case scenario you can back up any important files and format the laptop.
