Not to be offensive, i just thought it was... amusing.

 

I didn't find it very amusing. I did get it, but to me maths jokes aren't that funny.

 

I don't think you quite get the depth of maths mathematicians get in to. Mathematicians are amazingly smart, not just school-grade.

It depends on how you apply it. Myself, I might end up being a physicist or astrophysicist, and that requires a fairly high degree and understanding of mathematics. Maths is used in construction more than you would realise, as it is with general every day tasks that you don't even notice. Mathematics is a lot more useful than people understand it to be.
