What's the best monster to train on for my F2p Pure?

I'm a strength pure or whatever you want to call it.

Stats:
Combat Level: 35
34 Attack
45 Strength
1 Def

Rest 1's except I got woodcutting up to 6 for random reasons.

I am wearing full iron with a power ammy and a adamant scimitar.

I have a strength ammy and 41k.

I have already bought my Rune Scimitar.

I have no food.

Any suggestions?

Monks, then once you are 50 str, get 40 att, get some money, train @ flesh crawlers

Minotaurs or something on the first / second lvl of security stronghold. When you max over 10 then stop training on minotaurs. But that's a good spot since you can just go to the barb fishing spot when food, people usually give some cooked for free.

 

If you only have 27k and you have 6 woodcutting why not make it something higher... 6 looks ugly if everything is 1. I reccommend making some money then train on minatours until 40 attack. Then, train on flesh crawlers with some food after buying a rune scim. Their hits are really low but accurate so watch out.
