BlueJay scam 30M 07

So firstly I have dealt with Bluejay on several occasions and had no issues until recently.
I have been waiting since the beginning of the week and have had no reply. Since he has closed all hes threads and left my server I can only assume he's quitting (without finishing my work), I hope this thread prevents him from returning.

Scammers profile Blue Jay

How he scammed: I purchased a banner for 30M, and it was never completed. He hasn't responded for almost a week, I am pretty sure he is quitting since he has deleted hes original post and left my Discord server.

This is him leaving my server all the sudden, then I knew something was up. I decided to look at Sythe and all the sudden hes original GFX thread has been deleted. He has seen my messages but has chosen to ignore it.
