Great guide 9/10. A few methods I didn't know, like the nose trick.

I would suggest also combining the nose with a headache, but the ache should be in the front of your head, right above your eyes. This would indicate sinus pressure, which would go well with nose problems.

 

Personal favourite guide... also vasaline under the eyes always works to make you cry etc, but the smell may give it away
